On December 15th, 2017, at 4:11 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office served an arrest warrant on Santi Keoninh (38) of Ruthven, Ia on a mittimus, original charge of driving while revoked, a serious misdemeanor. Keoninh was currently held in the Palo Alto County Jail where he was served with the notice.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
