11-29-16 at 12:10 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office served an arrest warrant on Travis Sterling Johnson age 21 of Whittemore.
The warrant was for 3-counts of (3rd degree) burglary and 1-count (3rd degree) attempted burglary. Johnson was unable to post bond of $15,000 Cash Only bond and was placed in jail awaiting appearance before a judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
