On 11-28-16 at 12:17 am, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joshua James Farris of Ayrshire, on a valid Palo Alto County Warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines. The bond was $500 cash only.
Farris was transported without incident to the Palo Alto County Jail where he was placed in jail to await his appearance before the judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
