On Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at 10:39 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Miguel Sanculi, 36, of Ruthven, on a valid Clay County warrant for failure to appear to serve a two day mittimus sentence. The warrant stems from an original charge of domestic assault= class D felony. There was no bond given for the warrant. Sanculi was transported, without incident, to the Clay County line and turned over to Clay County Deputies.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
