On 10-22-21 at 12:30, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23 year old Hannah S Amick of Spencer, on a warrant for Operating a Motor Vehicle without Owners Consent. Amick was not able to post the $5000.00 cash only bond and was transported from the Dallas County Jail to Palo Alto County and was jailed.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
