On 10/14/21 the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Christopher Michael Draper (36) of Swea City, on a valid Palo Alto County Arrest Warrant for 5th Degree Theft. Following his arrest, Draper was unable to post the $500.00 cash only bond and was placed in jail to await his initial appearance before a judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
