On Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at 09:05 am, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Miguel Sanculi (40) of Cylinder on a valid Palo Alto County warrant for violation of probation, which is a class D felony. Sanculi was already in custody at the Palo Alto County Jail due to recent criminal charges. Sanculi will remain in jail until his initial appearance before a judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
