On 07/19/2021 at 9:45 a.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Timothy Dallas Elliott, 21, of Emmetsburg on a valid Palo Alto County 2 day Mittimus Warrant. Following his arrest, Elliott booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to serve his 2-day jail sentence on the original charge of Driving while Barred.
