On 7/18/2021 at 1:01 a.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Thomas Wright (31) of Ruthven on valid Dickinson County warrants. The warrants had a $4000.00 cash or approved surety for domestic abuse assault 2nd offense, child endangerment, and contempt – violation of no contact order/protective order. Wright was transported to the Dickinson County line and turned over to the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office without incident.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
