On Sunday, June 19th, 2016, at approximately 20:45, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested David Norgart, 50, of Ayrshire, on a valid Clay County warrant. The warrant stems from an original charge of Theft in the 2nd Degree, which is a Class D Felony. The bond for the warrant is $5000.00 cash or surety. Norgart was transported, without incident, to Clay County and turned over to Clay County Deputies.
