On 5-25-2021 at 6:30 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year old Jeremiah D Kubat on two Palo Alto County Warrants for Domestic Abuse 2nd Offense and Obstruction of Emergency Communications. Kubat was not able to post bond as the warrants stated to be held without bond.
Kubat was transported to the Palo Alto County Jail.
Emmetsburg Police assisted with the execution of the warrest warrants.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
