On 05/23/2021 at 11:14 a.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Chase James Hagedorn, 31, of Spencer on a valid mittimus warrant. The mittimus stems from a probation violation on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd offense, an aggravated misdemeanor. The mittimus requires that Hagedorn serve 90 days in the Palo Alto County Jail. Hagedorn was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail, without incident.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
