On 11-16-20 at 3:30 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31 year old Dakota G Ladoux, of Fort Dodge, on 3 Palo Alto County warrants. Ladoux was charged with 5th Degree Theft, Drving While Suspended, and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability, all misdemeanor violations. Ladoux was not able to post the $1,500.00 cash only bond and was jailed.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
