On 9/23/2020 at 3:30 p.m., The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office served a valid Palo Alto County arrest warrant on Faith Elaine Myer, age 29 of Curlew, on the charge of Operating while under the Influence-2nd offense. The warrant stems from an investigation conducted by the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office into a traffic stop that occurred on 9/2/2020. Myer was arrested in the 4400 block of 430th Avenue and transported to the Palo Alto County Jail, without incident. At the time of this release, Myer was held on a $3500 cash only bond and awaiting her initial appearance before a magistrate judge.
