On 08/09/2020 the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Daryl Washburn (37) of Aryshire, Iowa, pursuant to a valid Palo Alto County Warrant for carrying of weapons – knives over 5 inches. Daryl was transport to the Palo Alto County Jail without incident and jailed in lieu of $1500.00 cash only bond to await his initial appearance.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
