On 7/12/2020 at 4:35 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office served a valid arrest warrant on Johnette Sue Dodds, age 40 of Royal, IA on the charge of Assault (causing bodily injury). Dodds was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail and held until her initial appearance before a magistrate judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
