Warrant Arrest

On Friday, February 14, 2020, at 7:44 pm, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kelsy Miller (27) of Mallard on a valid Palo Alto County warrant for contempt of court – failure to appear for initial appearance on an original charge of violation of a protective order, which is a simple misdemeanor. Bond was set in the amount of $500.00 cash only. Miller was transported to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, without incident. Miller was able to post bond and was subsequently released after given a court date to appear at a later time.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
