On 12/19/19 the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Martinez Mario Jr. (43) of Graettinger on a valid No Bond Arrest Warrant out of Austin Texas for a parol violation. Following his arrest, Martinez was placed in the Palo Alto County Jail to await extradition back to Texas.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
