On 10/06/2019 at 9:47 p.m., Danielle Flannegan came into the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office and was served with a warrant for her arrest on the charge of driving while suspended a simple misdemeanor, steaming from a traffic stop that occurred on 09/12/2019 in the 4100 block of 430 AVE, Emmetsburg, Iowa. Danielle was placed under arrested and booked into the Palo Alto County Jail. Danielle was able to post the $300.00 cash only bond, and she was subsequently released from the Palo Alto County Jail.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty inh a court of law.
