On 9/3/19 the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office Arrested Kristian William McGuire (23) of Algona on two valid Palo Alto County arrest warrants for Contempt of Court. McGuire was unable to post the total cash bond of $500.00 and was placed in jail to await his initial appearance before a judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
