On 07/31/2019 the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Austin Chinn of Ruthven on a valid Clay County Warrant for 4th degree theft. Austin was transported to the Palo Alto/Clay County line where custody was transferred to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty inh a court of law.
