On 06/15/2019 at 10:56 a.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Natasha Nicole Green, 26, of Emmetsburg on a valid Clay County warrant. The warrant was for failure to appear on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance- Marijuana, a serious misdemeanor. Green was unable to post the $1,000.00 cash/ surety bond and was subsequently turned over to the custody of the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
