On 06/03/2019 at 7:28 a.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Elizabeth Marie Ehrig, 36, of Emmetsburg of on a valid Palo Alto County Mittimus. The mittimus requires that Ehrig serve 45 days in the Palo Alto County Jail. The mittimus was issued following a conviction for Child Endangerment and a Violation of Probation. Ehrig was in the custody of the Palo Alto County Jail at the time the mittimus was served.
