On 05/18/2019 at 12:13 p.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Elizabeth Marie Ehrig, 36, of Emmetsburg on a valid Palo Alto County warrant for Violation of Probation. Ehrig was placed on probation following a conviction of two counts of Child Endangerment, an aggravated misdemeanor. Ehrig was unable to post the $2,000.00 cash only bond and was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to wait her initial appearance before the judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
