On 05/17/2019 at 3:27 p.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Timothy Dale Moritz, 52, of Emmetsburg on a valid Palo Alto County Mittimus. The mittimus was issued following a conviction of Theft in the 4th degree, a serious misdemeanor, and required that Moritz serve two days in jail. Moritz was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to serve his two days.
