On 03/26/2016 at 10:37 a.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Gage Allan Puterbaugh, 22, of Ruthven on two valid Palo Alto County warrants. The first warrant was for OWI 1st Offense, a serious misdemeanor, with a $2,500.00 cash only bond. The second warrant was for Failure to Maintain Control, a simple misdemeanor, with a bond of $350.00 cash or surety. The warrants stem from a personal injury accident that occurred on 03/06/2016. Puterbaugh was unable to post bond and was later booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to await his initial appearance before the judge.
