On 03/26/2019 at 9:10 a.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Adam John Flannegan, 35, of Spencer on a valid Palo Alto County warrant for Simple Assault, a simple misdemeanor. The warrant was a no bond warrant. Flannegan was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to await his initial appearance before the judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
