On 1-23-2019 at 3:40 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31 year old Alicia M Abrahamson of Estherville, on two Palo Alto County Warrants. The warrants were for Failure to Appear and for Theft in the 5th Degree. Abrahamson was not able to post the $850 bond and was jailed. Abrahamson had been detained in the Dickinson County Jail and was tranferred to our custody from Dickinson County authorities.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
