On Thursday, December 27, 2018, at 09:00 pm, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Annette Woolery (56), of Ruthven on a valid Palo Alto County warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia, which is a simple misdemeanor. Bond for the warrant was set at $500.00 cash only. Woolery was transported, without incident, to the Palo Alto County Jail. Woolery was not able to post bond and was subsequently booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to await her initial appearance before a magistrate.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
