On 11/16/2018 at 2:15 p.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office served a valid Palo Alto County Mittimus on Joshua Lemoine Hoferman, 21, of Jackson, Minnesota. The mittimus requires that Hoferman serve 30 days in the Palo Alto County Jail, with credit for time served ,on a contempt of court in violation of his probation. Hoferman was being held in the Palo Alto County Jail at the time of the service.
