On Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at 5:30 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Duane Harry Poage (51) of Estherville, on a valid Palo Alto County Arrest Warrant for Probation Violation. The warrant had no bond and Poage was placed in to jail to await his initial appearance before a judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
