On Saturday, October 21st, 2018 at 10:54 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Nathan Besaw (36) of Ruthven, Ia on a valid Palo Alto County arrest warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault – Serious Misdemeanor – 1st Offense. The arrest warrant was a no bond warrant and Besaw was transported without incident to the Palo Alto County Jail. The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on scene by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
