On October 12, 2018 at 2:20pm the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office served Samie J. Royster (36) of Ruthven, a valid Palo Alto Arrest Warrant for Probation Violation on original charges of 2nd Degree Theft and 4th Degree Criminal Mischief. Royster was being held on other charges and was subsequently served in the Palo Alto County Jail.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
