On 9/25/2018 at 1715, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office served an arrest on Lisa Marie McClintic, age 46 of Cedar Falls, on a valid Palo Alto County arrest warrant for Contempt of Court. McClintic’s warrant stems from an original charge of Driving while License Revoked in May of 2017. McClintic was transferred from the Blackhawk County Sheriff’s Office to the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office and transported to the Palo Alto County Jail. McClintic was held until her initial appearance before a magistrate judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
