On 9/19/18 the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jaime Candelario Mercado (36) of Webster City Iowa, on a valid Palo Alto County Mittimus. Mercado was transported from the Hamilton County Jail and placed in the Palo Alto County Jail, to serve his 15 day jail sentence on an original Driving While Barred charge.
