On 9/17/2018 at 6:38 p.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Sara Euvon Hoover (35) of Fort Dodge, on a valid Palo Alto County Arrest Warrant for Contempt of Court. Following her arrest, Hoover was placed in jail to await her initial appearance before a judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
