On Tuesday, September 11th, 2018 at 11:25 p.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested William Rolfson (33) of Graettinger, on a valid Palo Alto County arrest warrant for Domestic Abuse Assault causing Injury or Mental Illness – 1st Offense. The arrest warrant was a no bond warrant and Rolfson was subsequently transported to the Palo Alto County Jail.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
