On 09/07/2018 at 12:51 p.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jayson Allen Wiley, 45, of Emmetsburg on a valid Kossuth County arrest warrant charging him with 3rd degree Harassment. Wiley was unable to post the $750.00 cash only bond and was subsequently turned over to the Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
