On 08/26/2018 at 2:44 p.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Cody Lee Koob, 22, of Havelock on a valid Palo Alto County warrant. The warrant was for unauthorized use of credit card under $1,000.00. Bond was set in the amount of $6,500.00 cash only. Koob was unable to post the cash only bond and was subsequently booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to await his initial appearance before the magistrate.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
