On Friday, August 03, 2018, at 2:13 a.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Morgan Paulson (20), of Estherville, Ia, on a valid Palo Alto County mittimus for violation of probation. Paulson was convicted and failed to serve her sentence on or before February 15th, 2018. Paulson was transported from Emmet County authorities and booked into the Palo Alto County Jail, without incident, to serve the remainder of the 15 day mittimus.
