On 7-20-18 at 10:15 a.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38 year old Michael James Chamberlain, Murray, Ia, on a valid warrant for Contempt of Court for failing to pay fines. Chamberlain was also arrested on a mittimus to be confined in the Palo Alto County Jail for a term of 7 days after being convicted of Assault, Serious Misdemeanor. Chamberlain was arrested in Creston, Ia., transported to Palo Alto County and jailed.
