On 2/12/2016 at 8:40 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Janelle Jordan Graves, age 20 of Emmetsburg, on a valid warrant for two counts of violation of a no contact order out of Emmet County. Graves was arrested in the 1300 block of Call St. in Emmetsburg. Graves was transported, without incident, to the Emmet County line and transferred to Emmet County authorities. The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Emmetsburg Police Department.
