On Saturday June 16, 2018 at 10:28 p.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office served a pair of valid Palo Alto County Arrest Warrants on John W. Tatman (55) of Graettinger, Ia. Both arrest warrants were for Harassment, 3rd Degree. The arrest warrants were no-bond warrants and Tatman was subsequently transported to the Palo Alto County Jail.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
