On 5/24/2018 at 11:01 p.m., The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Pauline Rene Fulton, age 56 of Ruthven, on a valid Pocahontas County Warrant for failing to appear for show cause hearing and failure to pay financial obligations on an original charge of Theft 3rd degree. Fulton was arrested in the 1400 block of Highland Street in Ruthven and transported to the Pocahontas County line where she was transferred to the custody of the Pocahontas County Sheriff’s Office.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
