On 05/24/2018 at 8:22 a.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ashley Kae Moore, 25, of Graettinger on a valid Palo Alto County warrant charging her with aiding and abetting the violation of a protective order, simple misdemeanor. Moore was transported, without incident, to the Palo Alto County Jail. Moore was unable to post the $500.00 cash only bond and was subsequently booked into jail to await her initial appearance before a magistrate.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
