On 5/6/2018 at 11:57 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Mary Elise Enderton, age 58 of Graettinger, on a valid Emmet County arrest warrant for Contempt of Court on Non Payment of Fines with an original charge of Driving While Suspended. Enderton was arrested in the 500 block of S Roberts Avenue in Graettinger and was transferred to the custody of the Emmet County Sheriff’s Office.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
