On Saturday May 5th, 2018 at 11:07 p.m. the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jared Nissen (26) of Spencer, Ia on a valid Pocahontas County Arrest Warrant, original charge of Contempt of Court – Probation Violation. The arrest warrant was a no bond warrant and Nissen was subsequently transferred to Pocahontas County authorities to await his initial appearance before a judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
