On 3-14-18 at 5:30 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Usufu Kromah Johnson, age 27 of Des Moines, on a valid Probation Revocation warrant on an original charge of Forgery. Johnson was not allowed to post a bond and was transported from the Polk County Jail to the Palo Alto County Jail.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
