On Tuesday September 1, 2015 Pocahontas County Sheriff’s Office notified the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office of a active warrant on an inmate that was currently being held in the Palo Alto County Jail. A deputy served Kimberley Ann Priester (47) of Estherville, IA with a warrant for Contempt of Court for failing to pay fines. Priester’s bond was set at $705.50
