On Feburary 27, 2018 at 1:30pm the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jake Arlo Hanson age 30 of Whittemore on Palo Alto County Warrants for Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drug.
Hanson was unable to post the bond of $ 1500.00 cash and was placed into jail awaiting an intial appearance before a magistrate judge.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
